After a busy day yesterday, I am ready to have a relaxing day of hot chocolate, a comfy chair, and a good book, but alas, I doubt that will happen today. Yesterday began with Caleb and I driving to C & M Kennels to look at bloodhound puppies. However as we began our trip, we had to stop for a cow in the road...as I called the police to let them know, Caleb decides to try and get the cow back into the fence. I would have to say that watching Caleb chase a cow down the road was pretty funny. As our journey continues, we got lost looking for the house. We arrived at the kennel nearly 40 minutes late!! It was ok though-no, we didn't buy a puppy, but they were really really cute! After that, we ran some errands in town and then headed up to Lafayette. We took Jeremy and Heather with us and went to the Christian bookstores and out to eat. Last night we had a rousing game of Dutch Blitz and then headed off to bed. Caleb is now out hunting with Kyle and I had time to clean up the house. Now I sit here reflecting on yesterday and thinking about all that has to happen today.

I am also watching tv and they are talking about that little girl Caylee Anthony. I don't understand some things. I don't understand how God allows some unqualified parents to be parents. I think about the kids who are in bad home situations and it just makes me sad for them. I cannot wait until God blesses Caleb and I with a child whom we can raise in a very loving atmosphere.
